We process personal data that is obtained after making a reservation on our website, and we ensure that the personal data that is handled during your visit to this website are those strictly necessary for the use of it. We will only disclose your personal information to third parties for purposes of completing your reservation through our database in order to provide you with the information or services you requested or with your explicit consent. - Billing. The information you provide us is intended to ensure the fracturing of the service performed. As such the data collected on the platform will only be used by our entity and the entity responsible for the fracturing service.

4.4 Data transfer

In order to support this activity, your data can be transferred to the entities responsible for billing. We require all companies that can work with us, respect confidentiality and fulfill their legal obligations.
 

4.5 Conservation duration and retention periods

  

Your data will be automatically removed if the last dialing date is longer than one year or if you want to delete it. As for the personal data associated with fracturing, its retention time follows the legislation in force.

Our employees and the companies providing services on our behalf are required to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection laws.
